annual discretionary bonusRevenue Analyst Job SummaryReporting to, and supporting, the Director of Revenue, the primary responsibilities of the Revenue Analyst include analyzing financial data and generating reports to assist in identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities.
This job is 100% on-site in our beautiful Ladera Ranch, CA office.
Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with other, internal departments, to identify areas of opportunities for new or additional revenue growth.
Compiles and analyzes trends to determine where variances are occurring and provide analysis to management.
Performs pricing and promotional testing to drive additional lead and rental volume at the site level.
Summarizes information, data, and recommendations and prepares presentation materials.
Processes daily requests from all levels of staff.
Creates and develops ad-hoc reports regarding particular markets or overall organizational performance.
Identifies inefficiencies and areas of improvement, drafts responses and addresses/executes changes.
Coordinates with external consultants and vendors to deliver special projects or support ongoing engagements.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications NeededBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field required.
A minimum two years' experience in an analytical position required.
Experience in a revenue related position required; multi-site location a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expert in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPointWorking ability in SQL and operating platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
