As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and contribute to our financial stability.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial health of our organization.
You will work closely with our executive team, providing essential financial insights, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the development of efficient financial processes.
What will you be doing:
Manage/perform all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Oversee the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and internal controls.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Research & Development, to drive financial success.
Support leadership with the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for:
Must be able to work onsite in a fast paced start-up culture.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred).
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or relevant accounting experience in a start-up or small to mid-sized company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.
g.
, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Experience implementing new accounting software (ex.
SAP) a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese and English proficiently.
